The name for Wise Minds was inspired by my training tailored by the founder of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Marsha Linehan. A wise mind is a perfect balance of the emotional mind and reasonable mind. This is what we all strive for in life, and my goal is help clients achieve that for themselves.

 

My mission is to provide exceptional mental health care services that empower individuals to overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and thrive in all aspects of life. I strive to inspire hope, foster resilience, and promote holistic well-being through evidence-based treatments, personalized care plans, and a supportive community. By raising awareness, advocating for change, and collaborating with stakeholders, I aim to break down barriers and ensure that mental health care is accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance. Together, we can transform lives and create a society that values and nurtures mental health.
